EDITORIAL
The Mindelo International Theater Festival is proud to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a program worthy of the great gods of theatre. The project of the festival's maturity and, with it, of the theater in Cape Verde, is consolidated with each passing year. Like the acacias, theater groups resist, theatrical agents insist, cultural producers bet and public and private entities believe. The path is made by walking.
