EDITORIAL
An international theater festival in Cape Verde takes place every year, renewing a miracle that few thought possible. A festival that brought new worlds to the then tiny and closed Creole theatrical environment. Today it is considered one of the biggest African theater events and is covered by specialized magazines and media in numerous countries. Even if the future is uncertain, we should be proud of the past. The work done constitutes an immense building to which one cannot remain indifferent.”
